INCENTIVE: To gain better control of her powers to avoid anymore outbursts, after it's suggested that stopping Savage may go against consent (since she has to kill him to stop him), she wants for her past life to have little continued interference in her present one.

Kendra's coming from a point in canon that she's desperate to be looking to make her own destiny. And she finally has the chance to. She's distraught over Carter's death, but that frees her up to even more possibilities in this lifetime. She might be a little hung up on this at first, uncomfortable with going against the grain, against her destiny, but will start to warm up to more emotional connections as far as relationships may go.

CONSENT: Kendra has high regards for consent and especially won't rush into anything if anyone has any hang ups about it. If anything, she's been shown to be the more hesitant of the few in any given situation.

Kendra has a few special powers, including flight (by sprouting wings), enhanced strength (though not overly strong, she can still manage to do much of what... a heavyweight weight lifter could manage or more), claws in the sense that her nails sharpen and she can shred things. She will understand that that particular subset of her powers may need to be nerfed for the threat they could pose.

Kendra will have asked upon being recruited for the city for them to stop her flashbacks to her past life, believing that those may be a hindrance to the spirit of the city and she's eager to do her part to receive her incentive.
